A Note to Our Tenants

Y’all are well informed folks so don’t need to hear from us about the Corona-virus alerts.
We have these policies to protect you and our team members.

Because we are shared space, we ask that you are sensitive to fellow tenant’s concerns.
We do care about your wellness and we want to avoid the pitfalls of panic when we can.
We ask that you use common-sense and best practices to minimize risks to employees and your business. If there is something you need for us to do, please alert us (examples: ran out of soap, disinfect the copier). We ask that you have your employees and visitors to stay home if they have any signs of fever, body-aches or even painful coughing.

  • Social Distancing (minimum 6 feet) is required in common areas
  • Protective Facemasks required in the common areas
  • Protective Facemasks are required of your visitors. (You can buy one at the front desk)

Update December 17, 2020

  • We continue to professionally disinfected all the common areas. But please
be aware that this is a continuous task and we seek your co-operation.
  • Today we fogged disinfectant (the cleaner is broken into very small
particles to reach crevices) in the building and in offices that allowed
us to. Please let us know if you want inside of your office disinfected
next time — we didn’t see any visible damage to paper, leather or
computers caused by the fog. You are also welcome to borrow the fog gun
and the disinfectant solution if you’d do it yourself.
  • We have installed a “hospital quality”, ADP-70 air-purifier in the reception
area. It is supposed to cover 2000 sq. feet area and supposed to kill
the germs from accidental sneezes and coughs before they settle down on
    surfaces.

at front desk if someone forgot.
