What do I need to get started?
We require a referral or a credit check, one month’s rent as Security Deposit and first month’s rent, completed lease, and a Photo ID to get started.
What types of Payments?
For rents we accept Cash, Checks, ACH Bank Transfers, and Zelle. Most tenants use their bank’s BillPay systems.
For the convenience of our Virtual Office tenants, we accept credit cards on file.
Do you have a In-house Notary?
Yes, and notarization for USPS Form 1583 is complimentary for our tenants.
We also have many other tenants who are notaries who can assist with closings, signings, depositions etc.
Who Cleans? Where is Trash Disposal?
We clean and maintain common areas. Tenants are responsible for their own suites.
We are part of Creekstone Business Park and the park provides trash disposal for larger items.
We do offer shredding and safe disposal of private documents.
What is your price range?
Our Virtual Office Memberships start at $75/month.
Our private offices start at $300/month, but most are in the $500 to $800/month range.
